The SDMGMA is hosting its 12th annual Third Party Payer and TPA Day on Tuesday, October 22, at the Holiday Inn City Centre in downtown Sioux Falls located at 100 W. 8th Street!
The goal is to bring together clinic staff members who are involved in the billing/claims/credentialing processes and representatives of the major Payers and TPA's to share ideas on making processes and communication more efficient for all parties and to offer opportunities for networking between Payer and clinic staff.
Please see the attached registration form and schedule for the day. The Payers listed on the schedule are who have confirmed their attendance. If there are changes in the schedule, it will be updated and sent to registrants prior to the event. Please note on the registration form that if you need a hotel room, to call the Holiday Inn at 605.339.2000. We encourage you to share this invitation and registration information with other staff and colleagues.
The day will begin with registration and a continental breakfast from 7:30-8:00 am (CT). Presentations will then begin and continue throughout the day until approximately 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. When you arrive, the event will be held on the top floor of the Holiday Inn, press ‘R’ in the elevator and you will arrive on the top floor.
Please make special note there is a second page to the registration form that the planning committee would like you to complete and return with any specific areas you want the Payers to address or questions you would like to have answered. Questions will be given to the Payers in advance to help them structure their presentations. Note there will be a $25 cash drawing for those who submit questions.
